Terms of Service
These Terms of Service describe the rules, responsibilities, and limitations that apply when you use KaleidoVid and its related services.
Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service govern access to and use of KaleidoVid, including kaleidovid.com, hosted workspaces, APIs, customer-service tooling, and related products or services we provide.
By accessing or using KaleidoVid, you agree to be bound by these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the organization you represent. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility and Accounts
You must be legally able to enter into this agreement and use the service in compliance with applicable law.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, controlling workspace access, and ensuring that information supplied through your account is accurate and current.
Services Provided
KaleidoVid offers tools for AI-assisted video generation, localization, media processing, collaboration, document workflows, and customer-service automation.
Features may change over time, and some capabilities may depend on subscription level, usage limits, third-party services, regional availability, or beta-status functionality.
Subscriptions, Fees, and Billing
Paid plans, usage-based charges, credits, and other commercial terms may apply to parts of the service. You agree to pay fees associated with the plan or usage level selected for your account or workspace.
Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions may renew automatically until canceled. Taxes, payment processor fees, failed payment handling, and refund eligibility may be governed by the checkout or invoice terms presented at purchase time.
Customer Content and Inputs
You retain responsibility for the content, prompts, documents, media, messages, training material, and other data that you upload, connect, generate, or submit through KaleidoVid.
You represent that you have all rights, permissions, and lawful bases needed to use that content with the service, including when content belongs to your team, clients, or third parties.
AI Outputs and Review
KaleidoVid may generate or transform content using automated models and third-party providers. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, or unsuitable for your specific purpose unless independently reviewed.
You are responsible for evaluating outputs before publishing, distributing, relying on, or sending them to end users, customers, or connected channels.
Connected Platforms and Tokens
If you connect Facebook, LINE, payment systems, storage providers, or other external platforms, you authorize KaleidoVid to process the data required to receive events, route messages, and perform the actions you configure.
You remain responsible for the legality, configuration, and continued validity of third-party credentials, page tokens, app secrets, webhooks, and permission scopes associated with your integrations.
Acceptable Use
You may not use KaleidoVid to violate law, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, distribute malware, interfere with service operations, abuse third-party platforms, or generate or transmit unlawful, fraudulent, harassing, or deceptive content.
You may not attempt unauthorized access, security testing without permission, automated scraping beyond permitted use, reverse engineering except where prohibited by law, or usage that materially harms the stability or safety of the service.
Intellectual Property
KaleidoVid and its software, branding, interfaces, documentation, and service materials are owned by KaleidoVid or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except for the limited right to use the service under these terms, no ownership rights are transferred to you. Feedback you provide may be used by KaleidoVid without restriction or compensation.
Availability and Changes
KaleidoVid may update, suspend, or discontinue features at any time, including to maintain security, comply with law, respond to provider changes, or improve the service.
We aim to operate the platform reliably, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free performance, or compatibility with every device, browser, workflow, or third-party platform.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KaleidoVid is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that outputs or connected-channel behavior will meet your expectations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KaleidoVid will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages, or for loss of data, business, goodwill, or service access arising from use of the platform.
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. KaleidoVid may suspend or terminate access if necessary to enforce these terms, protect the service, comply with law, or address abuse, fraud, payment failure, or security risk.
Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute-related provisions, will survive.
Updates and Contact
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time by posting a revised version at this URL or through other reasonable notice methods.
For questions about these terms, please contact KaleidoVid through the support or account channels available for your workspace or service relationship.
