Clip Management & screenshot checkpoints

Upload a final clip, set its publish date, and record platform performance with screenshots at D1, D2, D3, D7, and D15.

Open Clip Management

Choose the right page

PageWhat you manage
Video LibrarySource footage and detected shots for editing.
Generated Video LibraryVideos created by platform tools, with render status, source projects, folders, and downloads.
Clip ManagementClips you upload for publish-date tracking and performance screenshots.
To track a generated video after publishing, download it from Generated Video Library or its source project, then upload it to Clip Management. Choose the version you actually publish.

Upload a clip

  1. Sign in and select your active team. If you do not have a team, create or join one in Team Settings.
  2. Open Clip Management → My Clips and click Upload Clip. Choose an MP4, MOV, AVI, or WEBM file up to 200 MB.
  3. Add an optional title and note. “Also add to Video Library” is optional; enable it only when you also want to reuse this clip as editing footage.
  4. Submit the upload. The list returns to today in your account timezone so the new clip is visible. Use the upload-date filter to find older clips.

Set the publish date

  1. Publish the video on your chosen platform, then click Set Publish Date on its clip card.
  2. Enter the platform publish date and save. Use the edit button to change the title, note, or date later.
  3. Check your account timezone in Settings. The upload-date filter groups clips by upload date; checkpoint dates are calculated from the publish date.

Example: published on September 1, 2026

  1. D1September 2
  2. D2September 3
  3. D3September 4
  4. D7September 8
  5. D15September 16

D1 is the next local calendar date after publication, followed by D2, D3, D7, and D15. On the publish date itself, no checkpoint is due. These are calendar dates in your account timezone, not 24-hour timers.

Submit a screenshot

  1. Find the clip by its upload date and click Checkpoints to expand its five checkpoint cards.
  2. At the relevant checkpoint, capture the video’s analytics on the publishing platform and click Upload Screenshot under that day.
  3. Choose a JPG, PNG, GIF, or WEBP image up to 25 MB. Make the views, likes, comments, and shares clearly readable.
  4. Keep the list open while extraction runs; pending or processing results refresh automatically. The Refresh button also reloads the list.
Each checkpoint is a manual screenshot submission. Saving the screenshot and extracting its numbers are separate steps; review the extracted numbers against the original image.

Read checkpoint status

Not due yet
The checkpoint date has not arrived. Use the schedule to plan your next submission.
Missing checkpoint
The checkpoint is due and no screenshot has been submitted. Upload the corresponding screenshot.
Waiting for extraction
The screenshot is saved and its metrics are pending. Wait or retry if it remains pending.
Extracting metrics
The screenshot is being analyzed. Keep the list open or refresh later.
Metrics displayed
Review the extracted views, likes, comments, and shares. A dash means no value was extracted, not zero.
Extraction failed
The screenshot is still saved. Retry extraction or use Update to submit a clearer image.

Review screenshot history

Expand a clip and click Show History to open its details, video preview, screenshots, and metrics.

To replace a completed or failed screenshot, use Update on that checkpoint. Previous submissions are retained. In the detail view, Show History (count) appears when a checkpoint has more than one submission.

Team review & CSV export

Members use My Clips to manage their own uploads in the active team. Team admins and owners also have the Team Dashboard tab.

In Team Dashboard, select an upload date, review members and missing checkpoints, and open a clip to inspect its screenshots and history.

Export CSV downloads records from the selected upload date through today. Choose a start date on or before today; the export covers your current team.

Find generated videos

Open Generated Video Library to search platform-generated videos, filter by status, content type or folder, and trace a result to its source project.

Use the available preview, download, rename, folder, share-link, and delete actions to manage generated results. For screenshot checkpoints, upload the final published version through Clip Management.

Troubleshooting

I cannot find my uploaded clip.
Check the active team and upload-date filter. Uploads appear on the local upload date, which can differ from the publish date. A new upload switches the list back to today.
There is no Upload Screenshot button.
Set and save a publish date, then expand Checkpoints on the clip.
The screenshot is saved but there are no numbers.
Check the extraction status. Wait for processing, retry a pending or failed extraction, or upload a clearer image. If it continues to fail, contact support with the clip and checkpoint details.
I cannot see Team Dashboard.
This tab is available to team admins and owners. Check your role in the currently selected team.
