Sign in and open Dashboard → PDF Tools. Each file uploaded from this page must be no larger than 50 MB. Check the credit cost shown on the selected tool and Start button, and make sure you have enough credits before submitting.
| Tool | Input | Result |

| PDF Merge | Up to 20 PDF files | One combined PDF |
| PDF to Word | One PDF | An editable .docx document |
| Word Translation | One Word file; use .docx | A translated .docx document |
| Excel Translation | One .xlsx or .xls workbook | A translated .xlsx workbook |
| PDF Edit | One PDF, or open the editor first | A new PDF with your edits |
Process your first document
- Select a tool card to open its form. PDF Edit opens a separate editor; follow the editing steps below for that tool.
- Drop your files into the upload area or click to browse. Check the selected filenames and sizes. Remove unwanted files before continuing.
- For a merge, arrange the file order. For PDF to Word, review Enable OCR. For translation, choose the source and target languages.
- Click Start once. Wait through Uploading files and Creating job until the job appears in Processing or History.
- When the job finishes, find it in History and click its blue output-filename button to download the result. Open the file and review it before sharing.
Merge PDFs in order
- Choose PDF Merge and add the PDFs you want to combine, up to 20 files at 50 MB each.
- Use the up/down controls beside each selected file to arrange the numbered list. This is the intended merge order; check the result after downloading.
- Click Start, then download the combined PDF from History when it is ready.
- To change the order afterward, expand the job using the eye/file-count button. Reorder Input Files with the arrows, then click Re-merge with new order. This submits a new job using the existing uploads and requires credits again.
Convert PDF to Word with OCR
Choose PDF to Word, upload one PDF, and review Enable OCR before clicking Start. OCR recognizes text in scanned pages and images; it is enabled by default.
- OCR on
- Automatically recognizes pages that need OCR. Leave it on for scans, image-based PDFs, or documents mixing scanned and selectable text.
- OCR off
- Skips text recognition. Use it for PDFs with a usable text layer; text that exists only in images may remain uneditable.
Translate Word and Excel files
- Choose Word Translation or Excel Translation and upload one document.
- Set Source Language to Auto Detect, or choose the original language if you know it.
- Choose Target Language explicitly. The form initially selects Thai, so check it before each submission.
- Click Start. Download the translated .docx or .xlsx from History, then review terminology, text wrapping, and layout. For workbooks, check formulas and important cell values too.
The language menus include Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, English, Thai, Japanese, Korean, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Vietnamese, Indonesian, Malay, Arabic, Russian, Hindi, Italian, and Turkish.
Edit text in a PDF
- Select PDF Edit. Optionally choose a PDF in the launcher, then click Open PDF Text Editor. You can also open the editor first and upload there.
- Wait for the pages and text elements to load. Click an existing text element, enter replacement text, and choose Save Edit to add it to Pending Edits.
- Use Add Text to place a new text box when needed. Review the text, position, font size, and the pending changes.
- Click Apply Edit(s). After the preview updates, inspect the changed pages and click Download Edited PDF in the editor.
Track jobs and download results
Processing shows active jobs and progress. The page refreshes job status automatically about every three seconds. Finished, failed, and canceled jobs move into History; use its page arrows to browse the loaded records.
- Queued
- The job is waiting to start.
- Processing
- The document is being processed. Upload progress and processing progress are separate stages.
- Done
- Processing finished. Use the output-filename buttons in History to download the available files.
- Failed
- Read the error beneath the job name, correct the issue, and submit again.
- Canceled
- The job was canceled. Submit a new job if you still need the result.
Use the cancel control on an active job and confirm to request cancellation. Before resubmitting after a connection error, check Processing and History to see whether the first job was accepted.
Expand a History entry to inspect its input files. The trash icon deletes a finished job record after confirmation. Download any results you need before deleting it.
History belongs to the signed-in user. If an expected job is missing, check that you are using the same account that submitted it. PDF editor results are downloaded directly from the editor.
Troubleshooting
- The upload is rejected
- Check the file type, file count, and 50 MB per-file limit. PDF files must be non-empty, readable PDFs. Save .doc as .docx before Word translation; renaming an extension does not convert a file.
- There are not enough credits
- Check the cost displayed on the tool and add credits before submitting again. A re-merge is another job with its own credit requirement.
- Uploading or Creating job seems stuck
- Wait for the upload and job-creation stages to finish. If the request fails or the connection drops, check Processing and History before clicking Start again to avoid creating a duplicate job.
- A scan converts without editable text
- Submit the PDF again with Enable OCR turned on. Use a clearer scan if recognition is inaccurate, and compare the resulting Word document with the original.
- The translation or layout needs correction
- Confirm the source and target languages, then review the downloaded document. Text in images may not translate, and longer translations can change line breaks and table layouts.
- The job fails again or the download is unavailable
- Record the tool name, filename, submission time, and displayed error, then contact support. These details help identify the affected job.
